Mr. Ikeda oversees all of Apartment Advisors activity, including investment sales, property management, and general brokerage focusing specifically on the Hawaii apartment market. His services include ongoing advisory consultation, valuation, management, and representation for local, national, and international clients on the buying, selling, and managing of apartment properties. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, has closed in excess of $150 Million in apartment sales, personally inspected and walked through over 2,500 individual apartment units, and has toured hundreds of apartment buildings throughout the islands of Oahu, Maui, Lanai, and the Big Island. His research and analysis of the apartment market includes historical trends, sales, data, and analysis from the past 35 years and he is widely regarded as one of the top multifamily market experts in Hawaii. He has been a featured speaker for ThinkTech Radio Hawaii, has conducted seminars and commissioned market studies for local banking institutions and credit unions, served and testified as a multifamily expert witness, and his articles and newsletters have been featured in the media discussing the Hawaii Apartment Market. Previously he served as Vice President and Broker-in-Charge of Avalon Commercial, LLC and has leasing, property management, and sale transactional background experience in all aspects of real estate including retail, office, industrial, apartment, residential, land, and business (sale) transactions.
