Jared Ikeda (R), CCIM
President, Principal BrokerMr. Ikeda oversees all of Apartment Advisors activity, including investment sales, property management, and general brokerage focusing specifically on the Hawaii apartment market.
His services include ongoing advisory consultation, valuation, management, and representation for local, national, and international clients on the buying, selling, and managing of apartment properties. He has closed in excess of $100 Million in apartment sales, has personally inspected over 1,600 individual apartment units, and has toured hundreds of apartment buildings throughout the islands of Oahu, Maui, Lanai, and the Big Island.
His research and analysis of the apartment market includes historical trends, sales, data, and analysis from the past 25 years. He has been a guest speaker on ThinkTech Radio Hawaii and his articles and newsletters are frequently featured in the Pacific Business News discussing the Hawaii Apartment Market.
He has sale and leasing transactional background experience in all aspects of real estate including retail, office, industrial, apartment, residential, land, and business (sale) transactions.
Justin Hill
Property Manager, Director of LeasingMr. Hill believes in providing a simplified and personalized approach to property management, holding customer service as a top priority. In addition to holding an active real estate license, he currently serves as the marketing coordinator for the Property Management Division including handling of all marketing, advertising, and social media communication.
Mr. Hill was born and raised on Oahu, and has developed an understanding of the social, economic, and geographical background of Hawaii. He often may be found exploring the island, working on projects, or volunteering his time assisting with local high school speech and debate programs.
Annalies Schuster
Office Administrator / BookkeeperAnnalies has significant experience in expense & budget management, data analytics and accounts payable. Her background includes positions held in corporate facilities management, online retail corporations, and non-profit organizations.
She holds a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration, and is currently attending the University of Hawaii to obtain her Master’s of Accounting and CPA license. Originally from Seattle, WA, Annalies can be found splitting her time between studying and exploring the island of Oahu.
Kyle Yokoyama
Property ManagerMr. Yokoyama was born into rich family history in real estate with many relatives in the industry who have helped guide and mold him in his journey. He has been active in multiple areas of local real estate for well over 10 years. His passion has always been residential property management but he has also done residential sales and assisted in commercial property management of mostly class A buildings. He also has extraordinary customer service abilities which he has learned through his 15 plus years in the food service and hospitality industry.
He is a graduate of St. Louis school and has his degree in information technology with an emphasis in network systems administration. He was one of the founding members of Hawaii very own Young Professionals Network. Having at one time been a senior manager of a team that managed 2000 rental units all over Oahu, he has the skill set, knowledge and experience to handle most situations. He was also been the head of a property management division that handled approximately 400 accounts dealing with low rise walk ups to luxury condos.
Jeremy Hiyane (RA)
Leasing AssociateMr. Hiyane, is a realtor associate and assistance property manager with Apartment Advisors. Prior to joining Apartment Advisors, Mr. Hiyane worked at Avalon Commercial, LLC where he was responsible for apartment investment sales, commercial sales and leasing, and residential transactions.
Mr. Hiyane’s past list of clientele includes The Kobayashi Group, Fortus Property Group, Avalon Development, and several high net worth local apartment investors. He also has extensive experience in retail, office, and industrial leasing. Mr. Hiyane earned Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and his social responsibilities include volunteering his time with various medical and non-profit organizations.
He is a member of Honolulu Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society, and a candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Marketing CoordinatorBorn in Los Angeles, Mr. Hunter was raised in a home with over 40 years of residential real estate experience. Taking the family business to Hawaii, Kyle’s previous experience includes serving as a digital marketing consultant to one of the top brokers in Burbank, CA. There he focused on the agents digital marketing presence, as well as the overall construction and flow of their website.
Serving as the current Marketing Coordinator at Apartment Advisors, Kyle takes pride in providing the best possible customer journey through marketing and social media communication. His upbringing in the Real Estate profession combined with his experience at California State University, Northridge, has given him the tools to deliver quality customer service and expertise within his role.
